wendy at the check out gave us the most dreadful customer service, she wasn’t very friendly rolling her eyes and snatching the gift card out of our hands and no greeting. very rude over all. very unprofessional

I'm glad they changed the trolleys and got more much easier. I will never understand why they only have a khub we need a normal Kmart . We are a tourist town and when they come to our town they clean out khub . Not to mention if you want a bigger range nothing's changed you still have to travel elsewhere

Prices on the young teenage boys clothing,not bad considering material,style and colours for the season.Echuca khub store.Clean and inviting,good lighting.The staff was lazy,too lazy to fold the clothing correctly for customer to carry,customer had to fold clothing items themselves to carry.all she was doing was creasing the clothes,buying new items of clothes I should not have to get home and iron the stuff. If the same girls serving,I certainly ly refuse to spend $$$ in that store.Not good customer service at all.

Purchased a foot spa for my mum for mother’s day only to find out it was broken with a big hole it in like the box had been dropped. Can’t find the receipt so very disappointed ☹️

For something s small its ok, however I very rarely get what I need from there. It surprises me that a town that is apart of such a large LGA only was given a Khub.

*** LOCAL GUIDE ***Look I have been around a lot of stores in Kmart in general, however this K Hub is lacking some core essentials, curtains aren't ranged at this store they recommend Bunnings! - It's a great bet they recommend some where local but Curtains are a core essential that I would have excepted to find in a K Hub.The last couple of times I have been in the store the shelves have been very bare, like today towels were virtually empty there was barely anything remaining in bedding.Staff are friendly store is tidy which is a plus and that is the reason for the 4 stars, 5th star would have came if I had curtains and the store shelves weren't as bare bones as I experienced.
