Our order to fix a door lock by 24 Seven Master Locksmiths ended up to Tribunal. The original job request was a simple, an hour’s work, but 24 Seven Master Locksmiths' first technician had used a keyable lock that was not compatible to the existing key profile. The company sent another technician to rectify the problem but we were asked to pay $373 that was significantly more than the service charge per the original job request.In attempt to resolve billing issue, we contacted 24 Seven Masters Locksmiths in many occasions without success. The company finally responded to our written complaint but failed to listen to us re: what had happened.Absolutely disappointed the way the company treated us. Without an apology for their error, 24 Seven Master Locksmiths further engaged a debt collection service to demand payment and later applied to Magistrates Court for civil dispute despite our payment of $253.Our decision for going to court for a fair trial was inevitable after all as 24 Seven Masters Locksmith unreasonably demanded us to share half of the cost of remedial service and their legal cost. After all, the judge satisfied with our payment of $253 is fair and reasonable for the original job request. 24 Seven Master Locksmith shouldn't ask us to pay any cost to rectify their technician's mistake or their legal cost.We won't do business with this company again and won't recommend their service to anyone.
