Wonderful service. I called in the morning and they were able to send someone out the same day. The person I contacted on the phone was very helpful and organised additional information with me to make sure that when the plumber showed up they would already have to right tools/ parts with them. They kept me informed about times, and arrived on schedule. The plumber was friendly and professional. He did a wonderful job fixing my taps and inspecting other areas for issues. He also gave some great advice on other issues in my house. I will definitely be using their services again.

Chief rip off service.Employs 1st and 2nd year apprentices to carry out most commercial and maintenance projects including gas works.0 accountability from the owner, who is also quite rude.Id rather go without hot water than have unlicensed trades people carrying out work at my home.

Great service and price

I had a mixer tap installed to replace my current setup. The installation was quick and they've done a good job but there is a clear problem with communication. I was quoted $280-$300 and 10am-12pm. I received a call at 11.18 saying they were late and would arrive shortly. I called at 12.52 to follow up and they were still 20 minutes away. Arrived at 1.15 to fix a blocked drain, when I had communicated a few days prior that it was for a mixer tap. The plumber then had to leave to pick up a mixer tap and arrived at 2.17. Finished work at 3.12. Took under 1 hour, and tried to charge me $330.I pushed this back as the job should have been organised as a mixer tap and not a blocked drain, I was told the plumber would have all parts on hand already, it's not fair to charge disorganization onto the customer. The plumber left in an attitude and drove off loudly. The attitude of the plumber towards the end was very disappointing, I'm not paying for someone else's mistake. I won't be recommending these guys, an apology for their stuff around for my time too would have been nice.

Excellent customer service. Quickly ascertained the problem and organised the solution for us in an emergency call out. Scott did a great job and was very reassuring that the issue could be sorted quickly. I was very happy to know I wouldn’t be without water for much longer.
