HiOur company West Coast Contracting P/L have completed the concrete footings and slabs for two projects in midland .The latest 8 units in Spring Avenue in February 2022 . The site is S class requiring extra effort and the assistance given by the supervisors was professional .We supply all materials and labour and payment within 7 days was appreciated .

Our current contract with Ionic Projects is our first with them. Despite reading some previous bad reviews on the company, we did take on this contract and are pleased that we did so. The Ionic site management has been extremely helpful throughout this retaining work on a very muddy and difficult site (Thanks Ian Massey).The admin also has been great. Progress payments have been made on the dot, again thanks to I.M. for rapid approval of our progress claims.We will be very happy to work again with you guys.Phil Whellens. SIPRO MANAGEMENT PTY LTD.

Don't work for them as they don't pay their bills and give you the run around for months!They were also warned that i would let others know via social media but they obviously didn't take me seriously! Bad choice ! Pay your bills!

I am disgusted with these cow boy amateurs. They have trespassed our property, damaged our fence, set profiles up in the back garden with out permission, broken all sprinklers in front yard. And more... Have also notified supervisor who I invited in to my home to talk about issues, only then to be completely ignored. This stops now. We WILL be taking legal action against them and they have now made an enemy they really don't want! You have been warned!

I did a large retaining wall for these guys at first I was a bit worried about getting paid after reading these reviews. But after talking to the supervisor he assured that the reviews were all from old management and they will honour any agreements that we have made. at the end of the day, all bills were all paid on the agreed time. we had no real issues on site Peter the site supervisor was ready and willing to sort any issues asap I will happily work with him in the future !
