Our new Kenwood Kitchen is not only functional, it has become the place where we eat, drink, talk and bring the family together which is something that our old kitchen was never able to do. To say we love our kitchen is an understatement. We have gone from a small, drab dark wooden ‘U’ shaped kitchen to a beautiful, large bright kitchen with an island bench and a table added on.Kenwood were open to our design request’s and we were open to their suggestions, now we have the kitchen that we always wanted as well as an entertainment unit to match.As a personal preference we wanted a local company to do the project and were rewarded with a professionalism and quality product that exceeded our expectations. We knew who our trades were, when they would be here and their contact numbers just in case well before the project started. We had a water leak late on a Friday afternoon after the demo, not only did their plumber turn up to fix the leak but so did the General Manager, Sam, to make sure that everything was okay. We did not expect that.A special mention goes to our installer John (who was more neutral than Switzerland during our family discussions), our electrician Dave and our plumber John. The standard of their service, the quality of their works and the professionalism are an attribute to Kenwood.

Kenwood kitchens were very professional, everything went to schedule. Everyone we dealt with associated with the company were friendly, helpful and on time.We have a quality kitchen that we absolutely love!

Kenwood Kitchens were absolutely fantastic to deal with. From Stella in the showroom who spent over an hour with me explaining and showing me different styles of kitchens to Trish, who spent over 13 hours in meetings with me to design the kitchen I wanted. When the design was finalized, Jacqui the project manager, organized the trades and I received an itinerary with all the dates when each trade would show. Each trade turned up on the due date, on time and did what was needed in the time stated. All the trades were brilliant, professional and co operative. The installation ran like clockwork. After the kitchen was installed, Sam the general manager, came to inspect the workmanship. Any blemishes were rectified immediately. After sales service from Sam is incredible, A person who takes pride in the company and honestly cares that the customer is happy and satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Kenwood Kitchens on making one of the biggest jobs a family can do to their home a smooth transition.

Absolutely love our new kitchen. Sam and the team at Kenwood Kitchens helped us transform a 1980’s timber kitchen into a stylish and functional workspace. Lesley’s expertise and design ideas were invaluable in creating heaps more storage and turned a cluttered pantry into a butler’s pantry with stone preparation bench . Sam and team aim to please and they did not disappoint. Our son is also using Kenwood after seeing our kitchen .

We are very happy with our new kitchen. Jacqui was super helpful throughout the whole process and communication was great. Very experienced and useful tips for storage and design. Although there were a few factory delays due to Covid, Jacqui made sure we were kept informed. Our chosen stone was delayed to arrive so we were upgraded to the next level and are happy with the final result. Great service and great end result.

We replaced the kitchen in our apartment and used Kenwood Kitchens from design to completion. All trades worked well together and communication between each was excellent. We are completely happy with the finished result. The whole experience from first entering the showroom to working with the design consultant and the installation team has been painless. Any issue or concern we had they were able to satisfy. I would certainly recommend Kenwood Kitchens as a very professional company with the needs of the client paramount. We used Kenwood Kitchens for our home renovations in February this year and were extremely happy with the outcome. Their staff member Jacqui was our designer and made the process seamless and stress-free. She was able to offer practical and innovative ideas to make the most out of our space and also gave us solutions to save money in some areas. The team at Kenwood kept us in the loop with timelines and we were able to have the kitchen installed without any delays, even with all the dramas of COVID going on. We also kept within budget and didn't need to spend more through the process. The quality of our final kitchen was way greater than I was expecting. Super happy with my new kitchen & highly recommend this team.

Kenwood built our kitchen in 2021, in the middle of lockdowns and we couldn't be happier with the result, while the timeline of the kitchen was affected due to lockdowns and certain LGAs being put under tighter restrictions, the communication was good and they made good on the kitchen in the end. The quality is outstanding and they were very organised with the trades so would definitely recommend Kenwood for anyone who is looking at updating a kitchen
