Can't say much that's positive. Ordering online then picking up through drive through almost pointless as it will take so darn long to get through drive through you could've just ordered and sat there anyway. Inside not that well kept. Never seems to be any urgency. Thankfully orders haven't been messed up too often. Would go elsewhere (another kfc) but doubt it's worth the drive. Closed at 10pm sucks. Frequently disappointing

How good is being ignored and watching staff move with minimal urgency during a rush. Slowly refilling the chip boxes. Honestly, most KFCs in restaurant service is horrendous these days. Cannot be called fast food"."

Worst service I have ever gotten, Multiple times waiting for 5 minutes waiting to get served. Will never buy there again. Extremely rude workers even buying there since they opened the service was very terrible and made me feel uncomfortable being there. Would extremely suggest avoiding. Food always made me feel ill and would get my orders wrong. Food was cold too

20 mins wait for food and actively ignoring the delay and not even a sorry for the delay. If you just wander off and don’t make eye contact you apparently don’t have to acknowledge the customer

Posting for 2 visits..1st was through drive though. Was in the line for 33 minutes... What the actual.. for 6 cars infront of me, meaning the workers are a disgrace. Also ran out of small cans so expected me to upgrade or take a can of drink i did not like..2nd was again having no cans but sprite so i suggested again that they should be allowing customers their preference just in the larger drink, and was told no id have to pay for the upgrade.Where the hell is customer service.. poor training and management having zero idea. AN ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC RUN PLACE.

Firstly I ordered via the app to speed things up, POINTLESS as your order isn't even considered till you enter the store. Next I ordered Original Fillets box. You'd think this would be a no brainer, however I got tweedle dumb and tweedle dumber at counter who supplied Zinger fillets. 50/50 at geting it right and they 100% blew it. Unfortunately this is all too common for this resturant.

My husband and myself went in for late lunch, 2pm. One poor boy serving, tables not clean. Ordered an Original Tenders Box each. What has happened!!! 3 chicken tenders as big as my little finger, pop corn chicken as big as a marble in a tiny box, about a dozen chips in a small bag and the usual potato and gravy. Talk about rip off, pay the same price get half the usual product. Why are we constantly paying more for less, big business gouging as usual. Never going back.

Every time I go there I always say I’ll never go there again but ... I’ve been back several times hoping it would improve but it hasn’t. They are always out of drinks, the food is cold, the wraps look like a two year old has made it. The chips are soggy and undercooked, and the staff are ignorant! I give 1 star for location.That is definitely the last time. Never again!Oh and I asked the staff member if they had any non fizzy drinks and the reply was one word “water”, with a blank stare. Duhhh!
