Highly recommend them - they replaced our evaporative aircon and gas heating with reverse cycle. We experienced friendly, professional service where they went that one step further for us (put the new roof tiles at the back of the house as they were slightly different from all the others and also decommissioned the water line for the evaporative cooler). Very happy

Delta is definately the best in Canberra. I got quotes for a split system from 5 different companies and these guys gave me the best price, and it was a much better brand than others were offering. The installation was quick and professional and I love my new heater/ aircon.

I unfortunately used delta air for repairs to my heating and cooling system. Since their staff touched it I have had nothing but issues. Trying to follow up with David was like screaming into the void. He does not do what he says, lies and is overall unprofessional. I sent close to 10 emails and made multiple phone calls asking for the information he claimed he was obtaining from the manufacturer in order to fix the issue and still ended up with nothing. I would not recommend this service unless you want to have issues with your heating forever afterwards. The worst experience I have ever had with any kind of company.

From the consultation process to installation was great, eveything went as planned. However, we installed a Daikin product but it had faults on day one. This then required us wait for parts to be replaced which took a couple of weeks, I hoped for a faster resolution of the problem given it was a brand new system which failed on day one. The system has been fixed since and seems to work well. The people are good to deal with but you would hope they would swap out the outdoor unit and sort out parts issues in their own time rather than having the customer deal with wait times. Overall, we are satisfied with Delta they have been very professional and curteous except for unit issue which i wished could have been handled differently.

This is the second time I have used this company. Andrew installed our Daikin reverse cycle air conditioner in a timely and friendly manner . Nathan the electrican had a tricky install as our walls are solid , but managed to install the air con. Staff on the phone are always friendly and courteous .

Excellent work done installing our new air conditioner. Logan was on time , happy to discuss the details of the install and generally just a good bloke to have working in our house. His work was without fault and co-ordinated his time very will with the other services required. Really happy and will continue to recommend Delta to our friends and family.

It took a while to find the right company for the job but Delta were fantastic. They came out really quickly, understood what my business needed and what I wanted, and gave me a quote straight away. Cheryl at the front office even managed to arrange to install the heaters earlier than expected which was so helpful just before winter became really cold.All their technicians were friendly, knew what they were doing, and I’m really happy with the result. Terrific service from the reception and office folk to the talented technicians who do the work. James spent two days at our place working like a Trojan to get our heating working again. A great experience and we couldn't recommend them highly enough.
