F45 Training Bulleen
Have just finished my sixth week at Bulleen F45 and I am loving it! Frank, Emma and Alex create such a great positive energy in the studio! The vibe is friendly and supportive and I’m getting closer to meeting my fitness goals. It’s such a great studio which is making me actually enjoy exercising again! Highly recommend!!

Probably one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a member of. The trainers make it what it is. They know when to push you and when to back off. They see you as an individual and not just a number and look at your individual needs and personal fitness goals. I really enjoy training at f45 Bulleen!

The trainers are fabulous and the workouts are what a gym session should be. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the great community feel at this F45 and I’m so glad I’ve joined.

Bulleen F45 are such a supportive group. Frank, Emma and team are awesome. I commenced a 28 day kickstarter program and have already seen and felt the difference. Couldn’t do it without them

This is the best gym studio that I have ever been. I was in another F45 studio before but believe me this one is much much better. They know how to push you to be better every day. I love the friendly atmosphere. Thanks to Frankie , Emma and other coaches. You are amazing❤️

F45 bulleen is a great place to train. It differs from some other studio-based workouts in that it offers a comprehensive lifestyle approach. You get combined diet and exercise guidance as well as other lifestyle tips, such as information about the importance of goal-setting and rest. I have been a member here since it has opened, and love it as much as I did day 1. The coaches are amazing, and always there to support and guide you. Join today, you will love it!
