I can only speak highly of RT Edgar in Sorrento, in particular agent Geoff Hall, who I essentially cold called, then we met up promptly and he was very assuring and honest with his proposal in handling the sale of the property. The marketing campaign was handled very professionally with Geoff's advice on inspection presentation, timings and buyer feedback. Auction day presented us with a sudden COVID lockdown and Geoff comfortably pivoted to an online auction with 48 hours notice. His advice leading up to and on this day was invaluable to making us feel comfortable in the process which resulted in a great outcome for us. I must say that I was very please the way the whole sale process for my property proceeded.From the very early start when we had meetings to discuss the process, and the follow up advice given in timely fashion. The technical approach used in setting up timing for displays, OFI’s etc. was comforting. Clayton was particularly helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would also like you commend the work that Bree and Nicole did for our job. Very timely and professional approach. I think the new office in Sorrento made a big difference, to the publicity, and received a lot more attention by the community generally. My experience of using RTEdgar was great. My first encounter with Clayton Smith was most positive. He provided an assessment of my mother’s home which was realistic. Given that Christmas was impending Clayton made sure that the photographer was available so that immediately after Christmas the photos were on the web. The house was opened the first Saturday after New Year and reports of each subsequent opening were delivered to us via What’s App generally within an hour of the opening.Clayton gave us updates along the way if there was any additional interest between openings.
