I took the driving test there, but I was not satisfied with the result at all. Even though I followed all rules, the instructor said I should not have dropped my speed from 60 to 40 (in the school zone on school time around 3:10 pm) because that school was on holiday. Very silly to fail someone because of that. If you are a foreigner, do not take your driving test at this centre. I am very sure it was because of my nationality. I have been driving in Brisbane for 6 months, and I never caused any issues. Even according to the instructor, I am a good driver. How would know the school was on holiday? As a person who is taking the test, I should be careful about my speed limit when I am not sure if the school is active or not.

I visited this center to convert my overseas driver's license to a Queensland license, and I must say it was a positive experience. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning provided a comfortable respite from the heat wave. I didn't have to wait too long to receive the service, which was efficient and hassle-free. However, it's important to note that photography is not permitted inside the center, so I only took some pictures outside.

Long waiting times. Not a problem. The server lacked acknowledgment, emphathy, understanding and respect. Older caucasian server started with what do you want? Did you lose your card?" in a aggressive tonne before a hello. Will never visit again."

I have noticed a substantial improvement in the waiting times at this centre, in comparison with previous visits. The people working here are knowledgeable and willing to help. In overall, there is a great customer service from officers and driving examiners.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews, I personally had no issues with this branch.I went in to register a new car, and it was about a 30-40 min wait, which is to be expected at any government service office.The lady who served me was nice and friendly.

Went around 8.40am.The Lady on front near to service kiosk was nice, and when told the requirement she herself raised the ticket for the service. Told what form I need to fill in. Waited like 15 mins then the officer called my ticket no. Within 10 mins all completed and The officer explained everything I need to know. Thanks to the all the staff for such efficient service.

Spacious Waiting area. But very busy though. Waiting foe my turn, even after 40 min.Parking underground is very conducted. One who can park there, will certainly pass the practical driving test.

There are no toilets here, what a terrible idea for a public location. There was no where for my child to go to the toilet while waiting the 1 hour for our ticket to come up. Do better Qld government
