NEVER GOING BACK! I came in for just a wash and a straighten, and honestly the worst service. The girls barely made eye contact with me, kept making rude comments on my hair’s condition (my hair was just in a braid and fry) and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.A girl named Vanessa and another girl blew dry my hair, and then just went over it with a hair straightener (no parting, no going in depth just the top of the hair) and made me pay extra for the ‘hair straightening’.At the end my hair was worse then when I came in, it was very dry and frizzy (I could’ve done a better job at home!)Don’t suggest going here, save your money!

I’m always reminded by my reflection in the mirror to leave this review. The staff were friendly people but I should’ve trusted my gut when walked in as it seems like this salon is only staffed by apprentices and juniors. The wait was quick and the hair wash was relaxing – but it’s the worst haircut I’ve received in years.The ends of my hair is choppy and when I part my hair in the middle, the left side is shorter! The hairdresser has no style and was aimlessly chopping chunks of my hair off. I’m sorry to leave a bad review, but for god sake, I should’ve walked out the door when the other staff started cheering my hairdresser on with moral support.They also charged me more than what they told me before I sat down in the chair. The staff lacks communication. Does anyone know anything in this place?Do yourself a favor, pay a bit extra and get your haircut at Alan Coban downstairs. And please, business owners, don’t reply to me. I don’t want to read your apology. I can scroll through your past reviews and see your poor attempts of empathy and customer service.Sort your business out.

Had my hair done today by Bianca, absolutely wonderful and fantastic service!! Although it was busy all of the girls made sure to accommodate me and worked as a well meshed team to be able to complete my hair exactly like the picture shown. I feel like a lot of negative reviews on this place are from people who either have no patience or understanding for the effort that hairdressers make, standing for hours a day, dealing with difficult clients and requests. They try their best to accommodate every walk-in that comes into the salon, and today I saw that people were “frustrated” about the line. In which was quite sad to see that people couldn’t notice that there was minimal staff on and every chair with someone in it and have the respect to either wait, or make a booking…I can’t commend this salon enough and made me feel fantastic, definitely will be returning.

What an amazing experience!First I was hesitant before I went in because of the negative comments on here but as I sat in the salon for a couple of hours for my half head and colour. I saw, amazing staff working together as a team, who attended to staff with great service, every person who sat on a chair while I was there left with their hair looking shiny and amazing. I was jealous and told Bianca (the hairdresser attending to me) …that as I see all these people leaving with amazing hair, that now I know my hair will turn out great, and it did! Better than I thought. I told Bianca what I wanted. She gave me 2 options, explained it all to me. I picked one and walked out thinking I had the best hair in the world. Bianca was absolutely amazing and so was Theresa, adorable. I enjoyed the attention. Thank you so much. I cannot wait to come back.So to anyone reading the negative comments. In all honestly, go in and try it yourself. This is your experience to enjoy.All of my experience was absolutely amazing. I’m full of praise and this for me was perfection.

I had a full head of foils on my long fine hair. Walked in a brunette and walked out a cool blonde with shine and dimension. Joelene did an amazing job with the colour and Bianca is an absolute curl queen! Great experience. Thanks for the beautiful service.

Ann was absolutely amazing!!! I started with black hair and was able to get a lovely ash pink by end of the day! Ann was extremely professional + friendly and for the services provided, the price was more than reasonable. Will absolutely be coming back!

Experience and service was horrible. Employees didn’t serve me for more than an hour after sitting in the hair salon chair. Took 4 hours for them to do 17 foils in my hair!! Not to mention my hair was ruined, and toned orange. I came home and still had toner and dye on my hairline and in my ears. Will not recommend this place to anyone looking to get their hair done, absolutely disgusting experience.Edit:I went back and the staff was kind enough to attempt to fix my hair. However, after about two weeks my hair turned orange again even though I had been using purple shampoo and conditioner. Still would not recommend getting your hair done here.

This was my first visit to the salon a few days ago. Jouline listened carefully to what I was after with my colour and cut, and made the experience so comfortable and relaxing. I have had many compliments on my hair. Highly recommend. Thank you so much Jouline :)

Absolutely appalling experience. Came in for a simple toner and trim. They applied conditioner before which is obviously a mistake. When I pointed this out, they said they would rinse it out. I questioned how they would be able to tone my hair with conditioner applied but got no response. They did not apologise but gave me attitude like it was my fault for saying something. They told me I had gone on about it" which was untrue. Am I supposed to say nothing when they are doing the wrong thing? When I said I wanted to leave they said "it's best she leaves as she wouldn't be happy anyway". Wish I had read the other reviews before coming here
