Ordered a large big mac meal and a fillet o’fish meal and 2 large chocolate fudge sundaes which they forgot when they gave me my order. They always seem to forget one item. As i had my meal and waited to eat my choc fudge sundae. I find at the bottom of it a small rubber ring , blue coloured. I could’ve swallowed that! Very disappointed with the McDonald’s at Rosemeadow. I am never going to order from them again.

Extremely horrible service provided by Our local McDonalds at Rosemeadow. I completely understand and support hiring young kids to work to gain experience etc but i have to say these opportunities have to be given to kids that actually appreciate and are respectful of others. My biggest issue was with one of the workers called Mikayla swearing at me in front of her coworkers. If she does not understand customer service she is in the wrong job.Mikayla honey if you don’t know how to treat people then quite frankly you don’t deserve the position, give it up to someone that will appreciate the job. Do you really think I will go home get into comfortable clothes and have to return for a free meal? Petrol cost more these days sweetie, it’s just upsetting you don’t get what we pay for and then have to be treated so rudely

The store will consistently get your order wrong, ask for extras like cheese and you'll get none of that item at all. Even though you paid for it. No one answers the phone when calling about an issue. Will not be wasting more money there.

I ordered a mc muffin and after atleast 40 minutes of waiting i finally got it and there was a bite taken out of it and it was cold. it was disgusting and looked moldy and brown and saucy

I had such a long day and decided that I would get my girlfriend and I McDonald's for dinner. I ordered 4 Chicken n Cheeses. After my 10 minute drive home, I opened the bag with excitement...only to find 2 Chicken n Cheese burgers. I gave them to my girlfriend and now I'm hungry. What a wonderful dinner I had. Thank you for the outstanding service like always and for messing up my order again.Honestly I should know better since something is always wrong when I order from Rosemeadow McDonald's. Everyone there is McHopeless, including the manager, she was the one that put the burgers in the bag and gave me my order.

Everytime and I DO mean EVERYTIME I go to this store, I have to go to the waiting bay....EVERYTIME !!! Even for standard burgers...this store is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN...they NEVER get the orders right EVER !!! And as a side note if I wanted a Medium fries I'd ask for a Medium, not a Medium in a Large container....GET IT RIGHT ...The most USELESS McDonalds staff EVER !!! If I could give minus stars I would....

Glad that their chocolate soft serve machine is working here, as well as their frozen coke no sugar. Frozen coke wasn’t that frozen, melted in 10seconds so it ended up being like regular coke. Chips were hot and crispy. Only one cubicle for toilet. Powerpoints available, saw a few people working on their laptops. Pretty quiet on a weekday noon which can be good for those working from home to hog up places

-using a fake account to be anonymous-I was late to write this review as I didn’t know if it was the correct route. On April 21ST I went to rosemeadow McDonald’s for lunch with my mother and one of the staff members working there had turned around to me and said “don’t you have a home to go to?”. Now as a buying customer I took offence to this as how can someone be so rude to a customer? She was also too busy talking to others then focusing on getting orders out. Train your staff better.
