Bayswater Jayco

We picked out jayco penguin in April. Our experience was excellent. The staff were so helpful. Thank you too Jason who answered any questions we had. Big thank you to Michelle the change over staff who explained everything we need to know. Kellie in the shop was very helpful giving us advice on what we needed to make our new adventure enjoyable.

Very happy with the service, from choosing a van, to ordering our van, to picking it up a year later when it was built! Came with everything I asked for. All staff I dealt with were awesome and helped with any queries I had. Highly recommend!

After searching the likes of Gumtree, Facebook and numerous sites I found the perfect Jayco Penguin Touring at Bayswater Jayco. From this point on the service provided was excellent. Initial inspection, purchase steps and delivery team service were all 5 star. If we upgrade I know where we will be going.

As caravan “newbies” we needed help and advice and after visiting several other caravan resellers we couldn’t have found a better place than Jayco Bayswater. From the moment we walked in, no pressure, just genuine great customer service. We met first with Jason who was more than happy to answer all our questions and guide us to the right van. He introduced us to a 3 year old second hand Jayco Journey Outback which just arrived providing us with a cheaper option which suited us perfectly. The manager, Matthew, got involved with some negotiating and couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Everything that was promised was sorted out, the van got a full service and detail and looked like a new one when we picked it up. We had the pleasure of a very detailed handover with Vanessa who took us through every element of the van which was essential for us. Lisa in the office rounded off the amazing experience with completing the necessary paperwork and payments. We had a delay with the arrival of our new towing vehicle and they were happy to assist and delay the van pick up. The cherry on top was the gift we received on pick up day which was totally unexpected but just a lovely touch. Having had our own business we know the value of a great customer experience. Well done to all at Jayco Bayswater, we will be back for all of our future caravan needs and servicing…..

Great to deal with. John was so easy to talk to, we felt like we’d known him for years. Lisa and Renee were so helpful too. Very happy with our Crosstrak.

A 2016 Swan Outback had just been traded in. We were greeted by the pleasant John and guided through it, then purchased given the currently hot market. A three month warranty was very important to us.No drama with any of the boring paperwork. Upon pickup, the lovely Vanessa gave us a two hour overview of setting our camper up and also taking it down. ;-)Steve the Electrician is available on site to sort out the car electrics and towing stuff if required, this all gets done during your training" which was great.Lisa in the office was very friendly as we signed the final paperwork.Freddie our cat has inspected the camper and given it the seal of approval."

Excellent service. Would be happy to buy again from this company who look after customers very well. Not pushy at all yet listen to your needs. Well worth talking to if you are a new or experienced caravanner.

Extremely happy from the moment we stepped into Bayswater Jayco. Every staff member we had interaction with, were friendly, informative people, accommodating all our questions and requests! After purchasing our Outback Swan, we had a very thorough handover, staff very happy and patient with set up and pack down details.We have yet to take our first trip but feel confident to do so with the expertise from all at Bayswater Jayco…

We picked up our Jayco penguin OB last week .The staff are all so lovely.We had a handover from a lovely lady , sorry I can’t remember her name .She spent over an hour showing us every single part of our penguin inside and out .We went up to the office to get our registration plates and paperwork.We were given a welcome to Jayco icebox with lots of goodies inside.The ladies in there were lovely, even made us a hot cuppa .I cannot fault their amazing service .I highly recommend them
