I placed an order for a charger on 5 December. I emailed on 14 December to ask when my order would ship (because they claim 2-5 days shipping on their site). They never replied. Today (17 January) I've received an email saying that my order has shipped.Abysmal service.

I Sent a fb message 7th April and still no reply. Placed an order that wasn’t actually processed until a week later after I had to follow it up - and not so much as a sorry for the delay. Really disappointed with this place and will never buy from here again.

Purchased vape equipment from Jostech and was sent a defective/faulty tank that was cracked from the bottom to about 2cms up. Emailed them about the problem and their reply was very arrogant, stating we expect to be notified within a week about faulty items. That was f@*%ing rude since the items didn't even arrive within a week and furthermore I was awaiting e-liquid to use in the tank. Once filled and left to prime for an hour I noticed one tank leaked and the other was fine. I got the one very arrogant reply to my first email and they couldn't even bother to reply to further emails or replace their faulty equipment or refund the money for it. Be very careful buying here and check your items immediately after receiving them
