Checked to see I'd it was open on the website this morning and said open" so drove from Glasshouse Mountains to swap over registration plates only to find it closed when we arrived. At least the site no says "closed" so won't waste other people's time and vost"

Fast and helpful staff.Got through the line faster than previous years.I had the wrong form filled out, but that wasn’t a problem for staff, as they did explained what I should have filled out and instead of having me redo it, they filled it out on the go with me.Fast and efficient as took about 15 minutes to transfer rego/paperwork and swap plates.

Waited to renew License, Lady came around while we were seated to check our forms, said we would have to pay in Cash..we said ok.. when finally after long wait called to cashier told the photo machine not working, so go away and come again another day.Shouldn't the form checking lady told us that and saved a wait?
