Dr Nash Anderson is a superb chiropractor and is my first point of call for mending a sore spine, a sore neck, literally any joint or even just getting a general tune up to avoid getting into a bad state in the first place.In the era of working from home, we don't always look after our posture and get away from our desks as much as we should. Following a consultation, adjustment and targeted massage, my flexibility is greatly improved, function and flexibility returns where pain existed previously.I would highly recommend the Tuggeranong Chiropractic Centre to anyone who suffers from any musculoskeletal or nerve issues, mild or chronic.
