The gentleman who served me was friendly and helpful. He happily matched the price quoted by a competitor to replace the battery in my iPhone 6s+. The procedure was immediate and speedy but also precise and thorough. Honestly the phone was returned in better looking shape than when I dropped it off. Either he replaced my screen protector free of charged or he readhered the old one more accurately and smoothly than I had managed. Also, mercifully, all care was taken to not further damage my badly fractured touchscreen underneath. I was also grateful to have my old battery returned as a matter of course at the conclusion of our transaction. Great experience, highly recommend and will 100% go back.

Took my ipod touch there to get the screen repaired, and it seems like there's no communication within the company so instead of 1 day, it took 3. Then when I received it, there was damage done to the casing of the ipod and the replacement part was so mismatched it added about 1mm of thickness and the screen sticks out of the casing rather than sitting in it.This also means the home button doesn't press properly now - and was put back on wonky.Couldn't be bothered arguing about payment because the staff member was confused enough as it was, but what they did to my ipod was definitely not worth $125.

Fixed my phone for a great price on two occasions (broken LCD and glass) but both times exactly 4 months (down to the day) after the repair job iPhone received the black screen of death (firmware issue not hardware or software related) in which the phone cannot turn on, charge, connect to a computer and shows no sign of life despite the inside components all being new still, not any dust or loose connections. Both times I went to apple and they said there is nothing they can do to fix and that I have to buy a new phone.

I had a repair service for my Samsung S8, I thought it was bit pricey but other shops were roughly the same. It came with all new frame and back cover, looks just like brand new.And big discount on outer box cover.Thanks for good service you guys

These guys were great. I had a cracked screen on my iPhone and they knew exactly what to do. The staff were great and kind, and they provided a really good service. I high recommend iCollection for all your phone repair and accessory needs

I broke my iPad screen and after using my iPad fine for a few weeks I finally had time to get it fixed, took it here because they said I would have it back in about an hour and a half. They then told me when I came back that there was damage to the motherboard and it needed to be sent away - this was a lie, it was working fine before. It took almost 2 weeks to come back, I only chose them because they said they would be fast. When the girl showed me it was working again, she held her hand over the screen to show me it, when I got it home the LCD screen is damaged in the corner. The manager was nice and apologetic about the delay so I won't give one star, but I will never use this company again.

Price was expensive, $140 for a replacement screen and you return my phone not working. Acknowledge fault and don’t cover costs to fix problem.Stay away from these people!
