Customer service at its best! Not only welcomed into the store with warm smiles and also made feel like the only customer in the place (was fairly busy at the time). Jacinta was amazing and gave me to many options to choose from. It was a fantastic experience to shop at Thomas Jewellers albury and will be recommending Jacinta to family and friends and will definitely shopping there again.

Judy and coral were greeted by Maxine" on arrival to your store on 10/3/17. We were looking at purchasing a cutlery set and her customer service was absolutely top notch. I went in there with my partner with no idea of what I was after and Jacinta who served us was so helpful in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Good morning,We were in Albury last Tuesday looking for a watch for our 15 year old daughter, we were helped by Jacinta, I would like to thank her for all her help and patience, she was only to willing to rummage through all the different Ice watches in search of the right one, due to a doctors appointment, that ran over, and a late lunch we didn't get back. We visited Thomas Jewellers Albury and were greeted by Jacinta. She was so very friendly and showed us all our options. Jacinta was very professional and very knowledgeable with all our questions. The Albury store is always very well presented and the friendly staff always makes it a nice place to shop .
