Excellent customer service matched with quality products. Did not catch the name of the young lady who was helping me with selecting the right down jacket for my travels but her service was helpful without being intrusive. Very positive experience

Honestly, I never really write google reviews but I actually am so SHOCKED at the service I received today. I am quite queer presenting and walked into the store with a simple question. The staff looked my friend and I up and down and gave us beyond terrible service. It seemed like our presence in the store was an inconvenience or even embarrassment for them. We walked out 10 seconds later. Definitely not a safe space for queer people. North face, Helly Hanson and Kathmandu were much more accomodating. Beyond disappointed

The most unhelpful staff I've ever met. I had questions about socks and after a curt reply she walked off to serve another customer looking at jackets instead of helping me find another pair as stock was not organised properly to begin with. So I only bought 1 pair instead of 2. Was tempted to walk out and not buy any. I had to find another staff member to make the purchase even.

The clothing selection at this establishment is not the only thing that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff members are friendly and helpful, which enhances the overall experience. Their excellent customer service deserves recognition.

Great service and excellent gear (I've got a down jacket that was great for camping).Note they only sell Macpac branded gear. The adventure stores sell a more complete range.
