First time I’ve been sold off meat. Scotch fillets had a strong smell noticeable on the drive back to Venus bay, Opened up at home , meat was well off. If your not local, keep an eye on what they give you.

Fantastic, they are all friendly and willing to serve, the chicken snitzels are not the “chicken of the cave”. (Google it) like the frozen section in a supermarket, fresh and ready to nuke. I always buy Vacuum sealed Lamb Back Strap, today they sliced the topside for me so I can make beef jerky, that is the difference with a butcher and a meat section. Well done to the team, please support the local business.

The meat here is tasty and delicious and I like to support the local business when I'm in town. But today the guy grabbed my meat with his bare hands as we are literally about to go into lockdown #3 due to corona.I said I'm kinda wigging out because you just touched my food with your hands"And he responded "it's okay"Ummm is it? Cos I literally had to calm myself down about it and stop myself from leaving the meat behind. And I feel uncomfortable and weird about it"

Inverloch Quality Meats
I picked up four nice looking big cut scotch fillet. Left them on the bench for 5 hours before cooking. Cooked them on the bbq until they were about 62 degrees and let them sit for 5 minutes before plating. They were absolutely sensational, equivalent to the best restaurants. I was very happy.

Inverloch Quality Meats
We tried a few different things, from the t-bone starks, marinated bbq chops, sausages and some lamb loin chops. All of these were delicious, fresh and had great flavours. The service was friendly and polite, there is a great range of goods in the display counter.Did see the sign, under new management on the window and thought we would support a local business. We would recommend people try this business.

Dale and his team are excellent. Don't expect the cheapest prices in town, but we shop there exclusively for our meat, just because of the quality. His outstanding aged rib-eye's are a standout for me. Already looking forward to my next charcoal grilled succulent steak. Great job Dale! Cheers, from Tom (Melbourne & VB)
