Bought FXD pants 3 months ago for son-never worn-very expensive. Had receipt, tags off would not credit. Very rude & not understanding. This would not be the case in a major store. Will never return, do not recommend.

Came in over the weekend and asked for a size 9 pair of boots she came back with a size 10 and didn't realise until I got home called first thing Monday morning asking if I could exchange them to which she said she would get back to me but didn'tCalled the following day and spoke to another lady and explained my situation as was met with nothing but rudeness and attitude .Overall my personal experience was really quite average, much better places to take your business

Needed the entire uniform and PPE for my new job. From the minute I walked in, I was welcomed and assisted by Christine, the nicest lady ever. She was so polite, very helpful and funny. She knew exactly what I needed and the right size. She looked after me like gold! The prices are also reasonable, cheaper than most places. Thank you Christine for your exceptional customer service and assistance. I will definitely be back.

Went in for quote, and to place order, staff member was very abrupt, just short of being rude. So needless to say went elsewhere for much better service and price. I would not go back, nor recommend.
