I've dealt with Garry for the last 8 years, in regards to the business and private property purchase as well as the legal arrangements of the investment sharing. Everything always went smoothly and the documents were done on time. Moreover Garry has been always one step ahead of me with the negotiations when we needed more time because of the mortgage broker mistakes. He's very knowlegeable and suggests the best solutions in given case. He's also very good at explaining terms and details when I was lost in the legal jargon (English is my second language). I've heard that his fees are not the lowest in the market, but i would never go anywhere else and consider every dollar well spent. In short: happy customer!

Garry is a superb Solicitor. with vast experience. I have used him for multiple transactions for more than 20 yrs. The only problem is there is only one of him, and he is always flat out working. When he gets to you, the results are worth the wait. Highly recommended.

This so called solicitior is a dodgy as the day is long. We dealt with Suzanne Azzi and lost $1800 from our settlement due to numerous mistakes with calculations. They also over charged us by $850 and tried to charge us for their mistakes. They are quick to take your money and just ignore you once things go wrong. These shonks should be struck off the register.

Don't use this solicitor.It took him 3 months to draft a lease contract and by then my tenant suddenly move out having found a cheaper place and I wasn't able to enforce anything.He's a little cheaper than others but will screw up your deal and still not apologize.Unless you want to be screwed don't use them.

These guys are terrible, wish I could give them no star; we lost $2000 as the result of their stupid human error when calculating the settlement balances; and once you have paid them; they would shut the door to you completely.

Extremely bad solicitor, unprofessional misconduct and greedy demands in money money money only!! Everybody went through pain and loss with them should make a complaint to OLSC.
