Love coming here. The food is consistently awesome, the coffee is delicious and the staff are very friendly. One of my favourite places for breakfast or lunch.

The sautéed greens hit the spot - fresh ingredients, perfectly poached eggs and well sized with two pieces of toast. Very conveniently located near Subiaco train station yet feels quiet and tucked away.

If you live in Subi or close by, must visit 1982 Food+Coffee. They were open over the holidays and had such lovely service. 100% recommend their Belgium Mocha! All their food was fresh and delicious. Definitely being a repeat customer here.

Great chat latte, the large size is no joke it's massive. I had an almond croissant from the window. The lady who served me was so friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed

The best coffee in town! We ordered pancakes , crispy pork burger and chili scrambled eggs with chorizo.Morden menu, not your usual eggs on toast, great twist!Highly recommend this cafe!

I had breakfast here 2 mornings on a recent business trip. The coffee was fantastic and so was the food. I had the buttermilk pancakes, what a work of art to look at and absolutely delicious. My colleagues had big breakfast and said it was the best. The staff were all lovely too. I will definitely be back when next in Perth. A+ highly recommended.

Cafe at Subiaco near train station. It is our favourite place for breakfast. The big breakfast is great and coffee is good too. Waitress is friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back.

The younger waiters seem a bit green. When serving our drink, the waiter had spilled our drink but seemed unsure of what to do next. The same waiter later brought out our food and seemed unsure of which table to bring it to and was walking around confused about it. He finally brought the dishes to our table, but the serviettes were unusable.So, I went to the counter and I asked for serviettes. The staff there gave me an unfriendly expression and pointed to their right, without even offering any words of service.I can somewhat understand the green waiters, but the unfriendly staff at the counter is baffling. If I were to paraphrase another review: I get the impression that I owed them money.The food was good. However, the poor service was unpalatable.

Tastiest banana bread. Nice ambience and pretty plating on our food. Coffee was good too. Their menu has lots of varieties and abit of a fusion twist. The only thing that we wished was more sauces on both dishes. Was too dry after the 3rd bite, sauces on the crab dish was more of a decor and the amount of hollandaise sauce was too little.
