Staff here are always so friendly and helpful. I don't mind paying a little extra to go to this pharmacy (vs one of the discount chemist franchises) because it's always a pleasant experience visiting.

Excellent service and also a huge range of products. Happy, patient staff. I am always able to get individual advice when I need it and I know their snappy and reliable home delivery has helped a lot of people. The owners are long-standing locals too. To fill prescriptions can be relatively pricey, but increasingly I wonder if it is ethical to always expect warehouse-styled bargains from businesses relying on workers from Third World countries and who are - by our standards - grossly underpaid.

Popped in to make a quick purchase.Stood there with the item in my hand.Got ignored for long enough for me to abandon the idea of making a purchase. Maybe I should have been after some meds?....that is where all the attention was going. No need to look after someone wanting to o make a quick purchase. Empty counter....one person deep in what appeared to be a casual conversation before getting down to serious meds stuff. Another busy taking product out of a cardboard box. A third to one side on a PC. So I decided to try elsewhere. Really unsatisfactory service today. Just too busy I guess.

Dissapointed that anyone working in a pharmacy would recommend homeopathic woo as an alternative to a prescription. When an exhausted and anxious individual comes to you for advice and all you do is peddle snake oil and diluted rubbish to them you should re-evaluate your approach to running a pharmacy.I'll be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. Which is a shame as the other health services such as the baby health nurse is generally pretty good.So much for being at the cutting edge of health information""

A pharmacy where you're not a number and they remember your name! The pharmacist will always take time out to provide expert advice regarding your medications. They have helped our family with some complex medication issues and most recently ensured that a new script was included with the Webster pack ASAP.All the staff are consistently pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. A great health resource right on the highway in Blaxland. Keep doing what you're doing Team! Thank you! :)

They are the loveliest people ever! So helpful in every way! All the pharmacist are so helpful and knowledgeable! I don’t go to any other pharmacy in the area because their service is so good. Also they have a rewards card, which is fantastic if you’re watching your money! ❤️
