The team at Eltham Wellness Centre are great. There is a good mix of services and they are really supportive in helping you try different options such as cold/heat therapy.

Another superb addition to the best fitness centre in the area. A number of 'alternative' options that you won't find elsewhere. Superb owners who truly care about their clients. Cannot praise them highly enough.

I must say that it was a bit hard to find, but staff was very welcoming, their facility looked good and ice bucket outside was a good challenge

Beautiful facility! Particularly love the cold exposure sessions for its mood enhancing benefits and the infrared sauna. Have been to a sound healing session here which was a phenomenal and relaxing experience.
