Ivy Hair is South Perth's best kept secret. Lisa is fantastic! The washbasin chairs are sooo comfortable. Every visit is a pleasure.

First experience here was amazing, Holly was hilarious while cutting my hair.. not many places I know that offers hot chocolate as a drink of choice!! Even though the drink wasn't hot it looked nice aswell as my hair did after the final result so can't complain really.. will be coming back for fringe trims etc. Thanks so much

I had a fantastic hair cut here by Tessa, a friendly and incredibly knowledgeable hair dresser! Tessa knew exactly what I wanted to have done immediately, and the end result was perfect. I have really thick hair and it's been a bit of an issue in the past with hair dressers becoming frustrated, but not here!The interior is clean and bright and beautifully decorated, and the staff are all polite and friendly. The services are in my opinion incredibly reasonably priced, and I would absolutely come here again.

My brother and I dropped in yesterday to get some blonde highlights, as you do. The team at Ivy were nothing but phenomenal from the get go, talking us through exactly how to achieve the results we wanted, and we walked out with a perfect result. Cannot recommend Ivy Hair Sudio highly enough

I have been attending this salon for a number of years and previously provided good reviews. However, on Thursday I had an appointment booked for 11.15 am. As I was leaving home I received an important phone call which delayed me. I realised I would be a few minutes late, so I made a phone call to the salon at 11.19 am to advise them that I was on my way and would be there in a few minutes. The person who answered the telephone spoke with Lisa and she relayed to to me that Lisa had another client coming and could I come back at 16.30. I asked why another client was coming right on a time so close to my appointment. By this stage we were right outside the front of the salon and I stated that I had another commitment at that time. The telephone attendant also advised me I had an eyebrow appointment at 12.30 and could I come back for that. I stated I was right outside the door and that was not appropriate and could I come in now.The attendant then proceeded to tell me that because I was late they would not proceed with my appointment, even though I was right outside the front door.Later in the day I realised I had a missed call on my phone from the salon, so I called them back. The manager proceeded to tell me how their bookings work (rather rudely I might add). I advised that I wasn't happy with the way I was treated and didn't think I would be returning. She responded by saying to me WE DON'T WANT YOU BACK". Never in all my years have I ever experienced such rudeness from a business owner.I have spent a lot of money in this salon over the years and tipped the staff where appropriate. I will not be spending one cent more.I am 80 years old this year (in a wheelchair) and I wonder if the owner Carolyn would like her mother to be treated this way.I have taken my business elsewhere and would never recommend this salon to anyone."

I accompany a Lady using a wheelchair for access at this salon. It’s Totally accessible within the main salon. Just one small step down to access the bathroom though. It’s probably due for adaptation in this little area. Otherwise you can access it well. Clean and well stocked bathroom.Paper towelettes can be added.The ladies are lovely and do everything to make your visit worth it and relaxing.They are always smiling and hospitable. Soo keep up your great work ladies.
