I had asked to suspend my membership and they canceled it without my signing or confirmation after taking $300 over consecutive months and not adhering to the suspension. Attempted to resolve the matter and was handled rudely by the club manager over the phone. The Cranbourne club had no issue dealing with such instances and finding a resolution for the customer. No issues with the gym, if you’re happy with the confined environment. I’ve had one good experience with staff which speaks volumes considering I used to frequent this gym. Sign up at your own cost.

Can’t fault the place, from start of my journey to the end the ladies were always so helpful and welcoming. The gym has good regularly cleaned amenities and a decent variety of equipment. I will be coming back eventually.

Fantastic gym. Definitely one of the better ones in the area. Many machines, cardio equipment, squat racks, and deadlift platforms. It has basically everything you could need. The only negative I have with this gym is that it does get very busy even in non-peak hours. However, I definitely still recommend this one.

This is best gym I've ever been. It got all machines that a person needs for workout and its quite spacious. Staff is very supportive and friendly. Bit busy sometimes.Never ever had any complaints.

A nice facility with a good variety of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. The staff at Jetts Lynbrook are friendly, easy to approach and helpful. The facilities are clean and the staff take care to maintain that. Recommended for all skill and fitness levels.

Great gym and service. Gym is always clean, equipment always up and running. Really nice staff, they always greet you and are happy to help. Come and go as you please with 24/7 access, could not complain.
