Christine Hart - Bowen and Trauma Therapy

Christine is a wonderful, very attentive caring person, she always seems to relax me, which is very difficult as I sufferanxiety. She has helped me with my digestion issues, & calmed down alot of my body pain as I suffer from fibromyalgia , along with head to toe arthritis, migraines & so much more.I still have a long way to go having so many issues but i have only seen Christine 3 times & so far Ive never been happier.. i can't wait for my next appointment .

We first went to Christine in 2012. She has treated myself, my wife and our three children. Earlier this year she treated me when I hurt my upper back when I twisted and pulled a heavy object in the back seat of the car. After the treatment the pain resolved in the next 24 to 48 hours.Last month I hurt my lower back working with a shovel in the garden. Once again one Bowen Treatment had the effect of resolving the pain within 2 days.It is a subtle treatment but the effect is to release the holding pattern of the muscles in your back, which allows the back pain to be released. I can vouch for it as an effective treatment.
