They claim they're professional. I had to verify my booking was going to happen to being told they didn't have me booked in to then have an hour later saying they're at my house is that ok. To me leaving work to meet them to a boy who couldn't speak much English not knowing anything calling his so called boss saying he was coming to help him then saying he would let me know when the job was done after me waiting around at home during my lunch break for 48 minutes during this time, I leave this boy at my home thinking he was starting the job to head back to work. I get home allowing this stranger to be in my home to having bad absolutely nothing done whatsoever. I messaged them on their Facebook asking for clarification and being fobbed off.The absolute most unprofessional business?the business is a term that does not suit them at all) I've ever had to deal with.Don't use them. Especially as a single woman living alone. Not cool guys. Absolutely disgusting serviceI can see you've replied but won't allow me to reply. So editing my original to reply to your response. It was you. I have Facebook messages and text messages from your employee and manager apparently so it was your business .

The Oven Cleaning Company did a great job, thoroughly cleaning the very well used 20+ years old oven. Whilst I had to wait quite a while to get an appointment, their very professional, pleasant, polite serviceman arrived on time. He worked quietly with minimal disruption to the family who were working from home, resulting in a perfectly clean, gleaming oven. It is a well spent money as we're very happy with the result. Now booking for cooktop clean. Thank you.

First time booking a professional cleaning for our 9 y.o oven and rangehood. After much consideration we went with this company because of the good reviews on google. The process from booking until the delivery of the job was great. The office was helpful with my questions and they also made sure to book me for the last job of the day since we live in a city apartment and the hot tank in their van needs to properly heat up through the day because there's no access to power points in our basement parking lot.Garry arrived slightly earlier than scheduled but he contacted me first to make sure that I'm home. He's friendly and did a fantastic job.Can't believe that our oven can look so clean like brand new.The service was really worth your money and time. Definitely recommended.

An amazing service, well worth the wait. I had my oven and BBQ cleaned today and you'd now think they were brand new. Communication with the company is easy, staff are delightful and arrive on time. A briliant job. Would definitely use again.
