I saw man came with with a dog, roaming in the store and no staff asked him not too.I also found customer service quite rude, went to the counter as had a gift card and didn't know how to process the payment if would have gone to self checkout which I usually like to do.The guy at check out was not that old but felt like he did not want to be there and certainly it was appearing the way he was serving me and speaking to me.Customer service certainly need improving.

An absolutely terrible experience!I ordered online at 4:12pm today, hoping to get my order quickly. I was told that Woolworths at Kingsgrove had received the order and were packing it at 4:30. With only 6 or 7 items, it should have been relatively easy.I was told that it would be delayed twice and am still waiting for my order 2 and a half hours later. When I tried to ring Woolworths Kingsgrove, no one picked up. It took 7 times for me to get through to someone. I am still being told that it is still there. And there's no way for me to cancel or get a refund. As soon as we rung, I only now just got an update that it had been collected, almost 3 hours later. If he hadn't have rung, I most likely would have spent $84 for nothing.Will not be using this service again!

The customer service is absolutely appalling. Most times you can never find a staff member to assist you and when you do they are either half asleep, miserable and absolutely rude. I try to avoid going there if I can, very cold and uncomfortable place

Good quiet place to shop, not too crowded. Staff are helpful. Not the biggest but you will find most of the usual stuff you want from Woolies. Usually very well stocked and clean .Two levels of free parking available with escalators to the basement level.

There's no reception at this Woolies unless you're with Woolworths mobile so make sure you screenshot your recipes if you're wanting to get ingredients. I had to go upstairs just to transfer money from one acct to another coz I didn't have enough funds. Something I usually could do in 2 seconds if I had reception. Other than that, it's an ok Woolies store. Quiet and secluded. I usually visit at night. In the day, parking could be a problem.

Very happy with the employee with blonde hair (I think) and AirPods tonight - he stopped what he was doing to help me find the bubble tea ice cream in the back which was out of stock on the shelves. He was very willing to help and had a cheery attitude. Thanks!
