Prices at this place have increased and it's quite poor value nowadays. If you sell something to them they don't give much in return. Still an interesting store I like to check out occasionally.

Had to end up changing my 5 star review to a 1 star because of an incredibly awkward experience I had at this store yesterday. When I'm trying to buy a game, I don't care about your delusions about the game being woke". I'm just trying to buy a video game. This same guy goes on a tyrade about the silliest things every time he serves me. You asked me what I play on

Do not buy any phones or consoles they over price everything and when something gose wrong they don't seem like they want to help fix the problem I will not be buying anything from them again

Awesome store with great prices and 24 months warranty on purchases everything I have brought here has been of the highest quality for second-hand. I always check cex before browsing elsewhere.

I understand these are second hand consoles but selling a console I would expect there not to be mold on the cords and dirty controllers as in the pictures provided very disappointed at a minimum these should be cleaned before they are sold to customers and I think that mold isn't acceptable very dissapointed in the state of it however the price was reasonable

This place is great. What an awesome idea to buy second hand electronics in great condition for a quarter of the price of brand new ones. I came into the strathpine shop today and bought a portable dvd player.The staff were friendly, helpful and fun. The shop had gaming stuff, computers, phones, televisions, scooters, dvds, cd's, games, stereo's and loads more.The shop was set out perfectly with everything on display.There is a 2 day cooling off period if you change your mind and 24 months warranty on everything (I think).You can't go wrong.

Makes Cash Converters look even worse than they do in the second hand goods space. CEX have set prices on the sale and purchase of second hand goods which is available online so everyone is getting the same price. Service in this business is excellent and the team should he commended.

Wife purchased me a phone as a gift however once home the phone (type c charge cable) wouldn't charge or stay in the charger port of the phone leaving the phone flat.Returned within 24 hours to have a warranty test to be told their cable worked fine, when trying to show the issue with our own cables they refused to look and kept saying there was no problem. They gave us their cable and considered it fixed and wouldn't look into why only one cable would stay in the phone.When I asked for a refund they refused stating there was nothing wrong with the phone. I took the phone to an independent phone repair shop who looked at the port and cleaned out a considerable amount of lint and dirt stuck in the charger port.Poor customer service and was made to feel like a liar because they wouldn't even let me demonstrate the issue I was having. I will never shop there again.
