it seems I am one of the many people scammed by Couriers By Demand. They left my Amazon package 'in a secure location' and there is nowhere to be found. Also, there is absolutely no secure location on this building consider it's the main street

This driver almost ran me off the road. He pushed his way in and did not care even though I clearly was not in his blind spot as he looked at me like it was my fault that his truck was more important than everyones safety. No hate on the company just this horrible driver.

Appalling delivery service in Victoria. Receive email advising parcel unable to be delivered, the contact number provided no one answers. Been calling for 5 hours and no response

Had delivery from Amazon, Was not delivered on day it was supposed t o be. Next morning status changed to delivery refused being returned to sender. when i spoke to the company they said they were chasing the delivery contractor, called again in the afternoon same response. Amazon contacted them and then they changed their story to we don't deliver to Canberra and we don't have the package you have the wrong company even though they were able to track the package in the morning by the tracing number. Avoid at all cost

It takes a lot for me to leave a good review of a company - however, Susan is one of those quality customer service representatives you rarely find in any company willing to give the service you desire. Their service and staff is a true asset, after being let down by other companies she saved the day and provided quality service. A company we’re truly proud to partner with.

Racist, rude and unprofessional.After a long haul flight we discovered 3 of our bags were not on our aircraft.The airport hired CBD to deliver our bags. We received a delivery the next day of just one bag. The driver refused to carry my bag to my unit, and watched me struggle, at 26 weeks pregnant, up my apartment block stairs. Said it “wasn’t in his job description”.CBD couriers were booked to deliver our remaining luggage the next day. They did not.Their “Manager” Pete called to say they can’t deliver today and muttered racial slur towards me. When called out on the comment, Peter denied his remark and said he was returning our bag back to the airport.We later found out by the airport that our bags were never collected by the couriers in the first place and we drove to pick up the bags ourselves.Disgusting company. Do not hire them!

Very happy with the service i received from couriers by demand, same day delivery, no hassle, booked in the morning and delivered a couple hours later! Staff were a great help and very friendly driver. Definitely use again and highly recommend!
