Phantastic Nails

The staff were so hopeless and rude, starting talking in another language making fun of me right there. And destroyed my eyebrows making one of them a straight line and continued to disregard that they weren't. Got my money back and got out of there as quick as possible

I love going to this Salon. The nail techs are friendly and kind and always listen to what you want. I went in with a horrible nail break and they were very gentle and tried not to cause me any pain while they tried to fix it. I always get SNS done, but have recently got acrylics and I won't ever go to another Salon again.Thank you ladies for always making it a pleasurable experience!

Probably the worst nail experience I’ve had, my nail beds were cut back so far my fingers were left bleeding and red, after polishing my nails she left me nothing but a fan to dry then LEFT THE STORE, leaving me sitting there clueless for 10minutes, half way into doing my nails I was told the business accepts CASH ONLY which is shady enough? But was able to transfer directly into her bank. the polish was smudged instantly after leaving not even dried correctly and peeled off after getting my wallet out of my handbag. Will not be returning nor will I ever refer this business.

I cannot fault this place. The ladies are so welcoming and professional. I have been coming here for years because of how amazing they are. There is a wide variety if colours and services and the quality is second to none. They are all so friendly and the place is spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

The salon is nice and organised and has a variety of nail polish colours, this was the only thing I actually liked. Shellac’s are $30 which would be a good price if it was worth the price and all they did was paint them. They did not even get rid of my cuticles and when they painted my nails they couldn’t even be bothered to paint the corners. Literally my nails are only painted in the middle. I think it was a poor service and they could’ve taken their time as no one else was in the salon. I don’t mind them talking in their language as I do it. I really wish I could give a better review as they do have the potential but unfortunately it seems like that don’t want to do their jobs with quality.

Went for a girly day with Mum. They completely rushed our nail job even though we were the only ones in the salon. We were only there an hour, and a proper job usually takes around 1hr30min at least. They told us we could leave even though our nails weren’t dry, and then asked for Mum to get cash out from the atm, and this complelty ruined and smudged her nails. It was mums first time here and probably the last.

A very ordinary job and disappointing customer service. At this price point, there are many other options in the area which do a far better job.I have just wasted my time and money. I hope this review prevents others from doing the same.

Great service & talented nail techs. My Christmas nails got so many compliments & all done freehand from a pic I showed them on the day.
