Australian Migrant Resource Centre
A friendly organisation with staff who are respectful and professional. Some of the previous negative reviews don’t take into consideration that AMRC have a lot of volunteers who take the time to learn how to assist everyone and help out of the goodness of their heart, so it’s worth understanding that. Everyone has to start somewhere - given the current situation with the global pandemic, many people are struggling with needing help and immigration, visa’s support etc, so to receive any help is well appreciated.

The AMRC staff provided me with exceptional customer service and outmost professionalism throughout progression of the case. I want to use these platform and thank Zeleka and Neha for their continued support and hard work. Not even worth 1 star!The most unprofessional organization ever. Such a depressing and unfriendly place. Majority of these people are working for the government and are from a refugee or migrant background, yet their lowest priority is to help other people. They cannot do their job properly! Even returning phone calls is too difficult for them.Pull yourself together if it's too much to act normal and do your duties properly!Definitely don't recomend this place at all.

I wish to recommend AMRC in particular for young people to volunteer . During my time at AMRC I was at the Driveabout APP launch. I was a youth ambassador.There were many young people and volunteers and staff that were happy to help me with any problems I had . I met Minister Jing Lee and Judge Sulio the chairman.It was fantastic experience .

I am glad to receive the services and support from a numerous of AMRC staff. Their deep compassion and professionalism in supporting me and my family to access the services is much appreciated. Going above and beyond to assist and having enormous patience to explain how the system and process work, have helped us as new migrants to understand the services available here. Very appreciative to the staff members and management for their great effort and I highly recommended their services to all the new arrivals.

I am very grateful to this organisation for providing us with learning opportunities and practice opportunities. Through this experience, I have improved my skills and knowledge. The staff in the Ndis department are very professional and can always find solutions to complex issues. The supervisor is also very responsible and provides a lot of support and learning opportunities in practice. I am proud to be an intern and volunteer here.

The employee are nice ,its just they need some training to be professional, I called to seek a legal advise .the costumer service transfer my call to a woman that I felt am talking to someone who doesn’t know how to communicate . She gave me shortcuts and they way she chat was un responsibleTo be honest she was nice but not professional at all.
