The guy with long hair needs to learn customer service.

Pathetic customer service.Wanted to use toilet but wasnt allowed as customer service told me its only for customers.I am the customer and wanted to buy how can you judghe people and act rudely.Very very dissppinted with bp .would never come again here

It's a good BP station

Fast register checkout. All fuels available at all pumps (big plus if you're a diesel owner) and convenient location.

Premium quality fuel, separate high flow diesel pumps for trucks, auto gas, reasonable price.The shop is ever stocked, friendly and helpful staff, fast checkout, great deals and offers.

The Guy with long hair behind the counter needs to learn about the customer service.

This BP does not have regular Unleaded91 at all; instead, they have E10 which they disguise as U91. They charge the same amount for E10, if not more, than the next servo up the road does for regular U91. E10 should cost much less than U91 as it is far less efficient than U91. My car does about 150kms less per tank of E10 than it does on U91.Don't get fuel from here unless you like being ripped off and like putting E10 in your car.

very unhappy with the service of the staff member working behind the counter today (21/02/2019) at 19:00. Walked in to pay for the fuel and he had a show playing on his mobile phone and did not stop it when I approached the counter. He continued to say he could not hear me multiple times and I got fed up before telling him that he would be able to hear me if he turned his bloody phone off and did his job. This is not the first time I have walked in there after fueling up and he has been preoccupied watching a show on his phone, but at least then he paused it when I got to the counter. I will not be going back there and I will be telling family and friends not to go back because of the bad customer service. I think that the higher ups need to have a serious discussion with the staff that they hire. The lack of respect that staff have for your customers is horrible and they can not even offer an apology.

The vacuums says deposit coins yet don't take coins. The air pumps give errors. The attendant had no explanation. The entire place seems incredibly lacking any maintenance or care by management.

Customer service and prices at this BP are pathetic.Update: I stopped to refill my tyres but they’ve removed the air pump. This place just gets more pathetic by the day
