Conqueror is a brilliant camper trailer however I would do your own research about the level of support offered by the Australian Distributor before purchasing.

I had a really bad experience.Defects defects and more defects, gave Conqueror the opportunity to give me a report on how they would fix with no resolution between myself and Conqueror.Had to go to VCAT and settle on a discounted refund and sent a top of the line UEV-490 platinum back.

On Monday 22nd February we purchased our UEV 490 ST!!! We cannot wait for the build to start and us to get on the road and do our big lap of Aus hopefully end of this year. We dealt with Peter who spent numerous hours with us answering all questions we had and customising our camper, we had a good experience dealing with the conqueror team and can't give enough props to how easy it was to deal with them !! We can't wait for the the journey to start! ONCE MORE BIG SHOUT OUT TO PETER!!!!

Great product, made to last.We loved our experience beginning to end! Customer service was flawless, the team members even took their own time and stayed back to give us training on how to use and unpack the Campers ! Thank you to the guys at Heatherbrae we couldn’t be any more happier !

Great company to deal with. The vans are brilliant for all settings especially off-road. We recently took our UEV 490 platinum on the Gibb river road and to Kalumburu near Mitchell Falls without major problems and not any dust inside. Thanks Conqueror Australia.

I've owned a UEV 490 for 4 years and toured extensively throughout all states both on and off road. The Camper has not given any trouble. It is a tough, practical well designed Camper. From my experience the commitment by the service staff at C.A, to maintaining the Camper and updating design improvements is the real test of customer service. The ongoing continued support, after purchase is essential. C.A continue to deliver in this area and that is what sets them apart from others. Thank you to, Peter and the rest of the staff for their Customer Service not Lip Service.

Absolute nightmare of a camper and company to deal with. Defects from day 1, leaked on the first night. The original camper we looked at was a great top built product, the one we were sold was a cheaply built piece of rubbish. Leaked on the first night, storage compartments filled with water on the first drive. The whole right side was damaged, obviously when built, and they covered it up with the canvas awning. Drive from NSW to Vic the day we picked it up, all freeway and highway driving and the left hand suspension gave up by the time we were home. This is supposed to be an off road camper and couldn’t handle highway roads!! The list goes on. 2 years of arguing with the company we finally got our money back. 100% would not recommend going through this company!

Purchased a UEV 440 PLATINUM and have found C.A the best company I have dealt with. There customer service is second to none and a special thanks to Peter who went out of his way to accommodate changes i made after the cut off date. Great work, keep it up guys.
