Provided exceptional service along with a courtesy car. Picked up my car unfortunately found a minor burn on the leather, not sure how it happened but they arranged a replacement skin and have booked me in for a change over.

Took the vehicle in today (Ford Territory 2016) which had some system faults on the dash. Booked it in and arrived earlier today. Met Greg who was able to check the car on the diagnostic system. A switch (at a total cost for the part of $35) was installed and I was able to leave again a short time thereafter. No need to take the hire car and run around all day worried about the health of my car. Thanks Greg for taking the time to action my request on the spot, for a member of the service team to make me a quick coffee and for the overall great experience. Much better than the service I received at Audi (Burwood) and other dealers. Happy to be a Ford owner today!

Service has declined here substantially over the last few years.Made to feel like it was a privilege to be a customer, it used to be the absolute opposite.Drove an hour through traffic to be told car needs to stay for more work as can't get brakes pads on a Friday, where was the phone call?Sorry, after 7yrs it's time to find somewhere better.

Had my Everest serviced at Coburg last week and I was incredibly impressed with the customer service provided by Greg. He was helpful with recommendations which I followed up and was very pleasant to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for Greg. This will be my regular Ford go to place. Thanks Greg.

Went in for a service and came out with a paper for 5 grand worth of “urgent repairs” . Took the car to another experienced falcon mechanic and got quoted everything for half the price. 300$ for bonnet struts?! They better be gold plated.

My wife's Ford Focus Titanium 2014 had a problem with the engine light coming on so I drove it to my mechanic and strangely on the way there, the engine light turned off. He connected the car to a computer scanner and found a code error saying Clutch A slow to disengage" My mechanic - auto electrician informed me in his opinion I had a fault with the TCM (Transmission Control Module) and to take it to a Ford Dealer because the TCM is still under warranty and was not charge anything for his report.Against my better judgment

5 stars is for how the car came back to me, it drove like new. Well, nearly. Their quote was $1000 less than a Ford dealer much closer to me. Took it in for a new timing belt, change transmission oil, and re-gas air con unit. Turns out it needed a few cooling system pipes and a new gasket which at it's age and km was not a huge surprise, but I was disappointed not to get the car back same day, and the cost going up obviously. Anyway it was only 1 extra day they sourced all the parts overnight and got the job done. But the car is fantastic, these guys definitely know their stuff and do good work. Would take my car back there.
