Big thanks to the guys at Ultimate Springwood in particular Ben and Jake, both awesome guys to deal with. Ben in particular went above and beyond and delivered the bike to our place, Mrs was especially stoked. Might not seem like a big thing but a dealer, much closer to our address, charged us for this service only a year ago. Thanks boys!

Just lacks street appeal.Parking is always difficult ( not their fault) as most of the street has yellow lines indicating no parking. Used bikes are currently in good stock but often overpriced eg a Honda 500 from 2016 wasn't much cheaper then new price.I'm never sure if an area is a customer lounge or staff area? The other shops have clearly defined customer service coffee & tea etcLots of stock at present.Accessories always seem limited despite the appearance of lots.

Just picked up my new MT-09 from Ultimate Yamaha Springwood, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. I do need to say a special thank you to Ben who made this an unbeatable experience for me. He was able to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process.Two other people I need to thank are Jake for taking care of me when it came down to getting my bike Financed and Myles who took care of all my accessories needs.Again, Thank you team. You are all very appreciated.

Purchased a rzr xp turbo.Alex was probably the best sales guy I have dealt with.Price of rzr, extra parts were easy to negotiate.Insurance guy and fork lift guy all good guys.Will definitely recommend to friends.

Beware of these scammers .They will sabotage your bike like they did mine once they get your moneyWhy , maybe cause they could, don't know why someone would sabotage their own business and think you wouldn't post a reviewBut that's the mentalityJust a power trip ?No wonder they are reduced to selling push mowers in their showroom .Seems about rightDo yourself a favour and give them and Peter the owner"a wide berth ."

Just want to say that JASON is an excellent employee and works extremely hard and bent over backwards to deliver the best possible service! He was amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone look for that top tier service. As a fellow hard worker I recognise that Jason is one too. He's gonna achieve everything and anything. Wouldn't be surprised if he became manager or something especially with the quality service he delivers.

Had my R7 for 2 weeks now and have been thoroughly enjoying it. Ben at ultimate yamaha was absolutely amazing in helping me get the bike as soon as possible as a result i had bike in 3 days after visiting the dealership. Everyone else was great too. Overall very good experience.

Sat down with the sales team, annoyed him for an 1hr trying to find me a bike, looked after me and didn't try to unsell me, genuinely wanted to help and then got me the bike I wanted, 100% would recommend.

Picked up my XSR900 (2022 model) on Friday. Despite delays from the suppliers, Joel and Jake got me sort within hours of its arrival! These guys a friendly and professional, thanks again guys!
