Upon calling Brian just after the closing of regular business hours he returned my call very promptly and kindly offered to assist me in the evening outside of regular office hours by accessing my computer remotely, to help fix my problem. As I explained I work for myself and it was critically important that I get my computer up and running ASAP.He kindly worked on my computer and was on the phone to me for well over 2 hours.He was incredibly thorough in checking my whole operating system and ensured that everything was left in full working order.If you’re having problems with your computer then I would highly recommend Brian and the services he provides. He’s a great guy and I am sure you’ll be just as happy as I am, with his services.I will definitely use them again in the future should I have issues.

I wasn't sure who to contact to help with my business laptops. I just couldn't set them up properly and one had a broken battery. After reading the reviews here on Google, I decided to try Brian. I am glad that I did. He came around to our place and set up the laptops so that everything worked. My computer story started with issues I was having with my eight year old laptop. Brian came to check it out and advised it was on it's way out and to transfer my files off asap. I did this, putting my photos and files onto an external HD and then I also starting getting the bsod (Blue Screen of Death). I started looking for a new laptop and Brian kept in touch with me to ask how it was going and said he was happy to give me advice. I found the laptop with his help and Brian was able to transfer everything across for me. I found Brian to be professional, efficient and a good communicator. He was also very reasonably priced and I am sure he did more work on my laptop than what he charged me for. I am more than happy to recommend Brian and his services to others. We had a super visit with Brian. He totally understood what was happening with my desktop computer and was so patient with the whole process.
