Great mower shop. But I took my chainsaw in too get serviced there and asked for a sharpen and oils too get changed. Got told $55 dollars for a service. And I told him can you please call me if you need too buy any more parts and they never called me up but too tell me that my chainsaw was ready for pick up and it was gonna cost $85 dollars. I told them I got told $55 dollars initially and that I never got a call about new parts but they got mad and frustrated at me and told me if I didn't wanna pay $85 dollars for it they would take out all the new parts. Absolutely pathetic behaviour from a local mower shop. Poor quality and workmanship. Will never go back and will always tell anyone I know never too go there as they rip you off any chance they get. Hope Ian has a good explanation for this one as he was rude as anything.

Called yesterday to find out if they had ignition coil for mower engine, B&S 375 Sprint. 'No. But what's wrong with it'. 'No spark despite changing plug'. 'Bring the coil in, I can test it'. So I did, today. 'Coil is ok, but come around to workshop'. Andy shows me a mower with same engine. 'You see this ground wire here and swivel plate here. These need to be clean for good electrical contact. This is often the cause of your problem'. So off I go, 30 minutes of work on mine, and mower now starts first pull every time. *** Andy you are legend***

Have used Nuban Mower Centre for several years now as a lawn contractor and wouldn't use anyone else. Colin and the boys are very knowledgeable and if they are faced with equipment that is older, and parts are hard to come by or obsolete, they will find a way to fix it. Honest and very reasonable repair costs. Definitely recommend them.

It saddens me that people can leave a damaging review and can’t even get the name of the person who served them right or the invoice! I’ve been using Col and the team for years and have nothing but respect for them. Either you’ve got the wrong shop or you haven’t been listening! As I’ve never known of a Ian working there! And I ask out of politeness you remove your negative review and engage in good old communication skills
