Horrible customer service , Condescending attitudes and rude staff that think they know it all. Not to mention a big dog roaming around the equipment and customers licking and sniffing them. Will never return to this shop again. Disgusting

Alison and team are the nicest warmest people you could meet.I buy all my guitar stuff from Yamaha as well as go to guitar lessons there, with Ken Sanders.The only complaint I have is that no matter how much I practise (not enough) and take guitar lessons I still can't (yet) play like Eric ClaptonSeriously though, great place to buy your gear, or take music lessons from

I asked for my sax crook to be re corked. a week wait for a 10 minute job. a week later I ring to check it's ready. 'we didn't do it, it didn't need it'. didn't bother to ring and discuss! outrageous lack of customer service

As a musician the attention I got at this shop was awesome. In the past I checked prices of gear I needed on the internet. More often than not the price at Yamaha Music beat the Internet price. Add to that good service, unquestionable warranty and happy knowledgeable staff. That is why I recommend this shop to touring musos and people requiring tuition.
