I had a bathroom toilet that was continually flushing and contacted the plumbing service I had received assistance from when I first moved into a unit and did some renovations. However, this was an out of hours contact and I was worried that I would not be able to get help quickly. My previous plumber was not available but organised for Will to make contact with me.Will and Kyrian came to the house and assessed the situation putting my mind at ease that it was a simple solution to fix.After the toilet was fixed I asked for advice about a water filter system in the kitchen I had wanted for some time.Will did the research to find the best one and Kyrian came back to install it. I am delighted with the system and the convenience of having filtered water 'on tap'. Finally, I had an issue with my bathroom sink plugs that had not been sealing properly and letting water out of the basins. This problem has also now been fixed and I am very grateful to have had the prompt, efficient attention and professionalism shown by Will and his colleague Kyrian.
