No problem with installation, but product design fell short. The link rod between individual shutters was too flexible (it actually bends) and the connection to each slat was sloppy so that to close each group of shutters evenly, it was necessary to run a hand over all in the group.

I have just had five blinds installed by Troy and I can't say enough for the way he works. I am very happy with the blinds themselves, thank you and Troy could not have been more efficient and courteous. He is very pleasant, works neatly and shows great attention to detail - a pleasure to deal with.
