Just Cuts

Was told it would be almost 2 hours wait, which was fine, it was busy today, and got in earlier than expected as I had been waiting instore. The lady cutting my hair was really nice, but I asked to have it cut to specific length and she cut it like that at the front, but the back was cut all the way to the top of my neck! I didn't know about it until the end when she showed me the back with a mirror. It looks awful and I'm so upset, it definately wasn't worth the almost $40 for a haircut either.2/2 times I've been here it's been a let down, but this one was 10x worse. Not coming back. Overall: great customer service, but awful haircuts.Edit: the arrows point to parts of my hair that have been chopped completely off. Not even in layers or anything (not that I asked for layers anyway) but just a random chunk of hair half-way up my head. And then solid line on my neck I’ve drawn is where I had asked the hair to be cut to, it’s been cut no where near where I wanted. I have random bits poking out the side of my head. It’s just awful.

Only a 20 minute wait. The cut I got was fabulous. My hairdresser really understood what I required and delivered it

Love this franchise, Good service, no unnecessary add ons, generally you don't wait long for your haircut. I love their message service while you shop instead of waiting.

Hair cut. I am very happy with the service. The lady Fatima, very friendly and really happy with my haircut. Will be definitely back in 5-6weeks for my next hair cut.Highly recommended. Great price.Arrived at 9am opening time so I didn't have to wait especially because I have a baby. Was in and out in no time. No appointment needed, I like that they take in walk-ins.Wanted to add - Fran amazing, friendly and very understanding. She fixed my cut today and was very accommodating because I have a little baby. Highly recommended.

Staff are friendly. But $42 for a rushed and terrible buzzcut is way over priced. Left side burns cut at weird angles. Left myself covered in hair all over my face.Only went because I was in the area and desperate for a hair cut. Can goto express cuts in Geelong for $15 for the same thing, on the same day. Will just go there from now on.

It was midday on a Wednesday when I went in, and didn't have to wait. The lady who cut my hair was polite, and up for a good chat (just what I want when someone cuts my hair). The salon was clean, and didn't have dubstep blasting; which made the visit all the more enjoyable. I ended up getting the best cut in years. I'll be back!

You can reserve your place in the queue online. They sent me a text when I was next in line and to head to the salon, but I think I still had to wait about 10 minutes instore. If you’re just getting a cut this place is quick. Staff are nice too.

Walked in at the perfect time as I was taken right away for Billy to cut my hair. Billy was so friendly and did a fantastic job. Have been here previously myself and for my boys and will definitely return. Highly recommended ☆☆☆☆☆
