Attendant attempted to manually over price drinks I was purchasing by a dollar, then attempted to up the price of food items but then would not change it to correct price. Make sure you double check the price your paying as they might have done it to you also.No apologies or anything when confronted about it.Don't let them steal money from you.

Very annoyed. Second time this has happened at this servo! The Bowser auto shut off failed and petrol spewed all over me, my car and the ground. I have never had this happen at another servo and have been pumping gas 40+ years. Counter person took no notice when I informed him - his reply was oh well". No offer of any cash back

I've been going to this petrol station for years but I had an absolute disgusting experience there today thar guarantees I will never go back.They had a price advertised on a product and it wouldn't scan, the assistant looked up the price and declared it was $3 more. I asked to have it at the advertised price, after he told me that they had changed the price a week ago and hadnt changed the tickets, as is my consumer right.He then told me he didn't have to give me a discount if he flat out refused to sell me the product. Congrarulations. You've lost my business over $3 and your staff's laziness.

I stood at the pump waiting for over 5 minutes for the pump to be turned on. There was no employees present when I went into the store. Myself and another customer found the employee watching us from behind the fridge. Very bad service and very creepy, would not recommend. Better off paying a few extra cents for Celtex down the road.

Very bad mannered staff.Fuel prices vary a lot here, often making them the highest price in Ballarat.No access to the toilet is permitted.No cash out of EFTPOS.

The advertised price is without surcharge. When you add surcharge, it is more expensive than the other station. Just remember to add surcharge for this station before being fooled by the advertised price.

The eftpos wasn't working but they let me fill up. Then when I went inside they're like oh no eftpos only cash. Which I didn't have so I had to go to a shop down the road and get cash out then go back an pay which ended up making me late to pick up my kids from school. They could have had signs on the fuel pumps that said cash only or said over the PA cash only.
