Don't expect 5 star hotel standard, but the staff are attentive, know their trade and the price is very reasonable. It is conveniently located with Coles car park at the back providing 2 hour free parking. Nearby Bridge Rd, Victoria St provide ample choices for a nice cuppa or cheap and tasty Vietnamese meal before or after your manicure/pedicure service

I have had my nails done at this place for the last 12 months. I keep coming back because the price is reasonable, the staff are friendly and the place is clean and conveniently located. Ample parking is available at Coles at the back of the shop. A honest, family-owned service at reasonable price!

GREAT service, the staff is helpful & lovely. The quality of work is excellent. I have never had any problems in the 10 years I have been their client. Well done.

Yesterday a friend was provided a price for a service and agreed to said price and the appointment was made. Today after they’d put in all the foils and were about to rinse they informed her it had increased by $100. Not during the foiling process offering to decrease to a 1/2 head incase the cost increase was possibly an issue for the customer - only after they’d applied a full head of foils. When she got this shock increase and queried what happened to the price agreed on yesterday they refused to acknowledge that discussion and refused to rinse her hair and until she paid the higher price. Bullying her in a distressed state. What an incredibly unethically way to run a business & charge customers

Just wanted to come and upload a review because I am blown away. I got my nails done with shellac almost two weeks ago and they are still perfect. The lady who did them was so careful and thorough.I had them done before at a much more expensive place and they chipped the day after! So I was extremely impressed with Octave.Thank you Octave, I will be back for sure!

Had my nails done today by Kate who did a fantastic job, and was really thorough and gentle. Really affordable too.

Nice people and good work done on my nails. They listen to you and make sure we are happy with nails. I get SNS and they have always come through with good quality.
