Save yourself time and hassle and book with family tree care.Super easy to deal with as well as super friendly. Fiona who booked my appointment was professional and friendly. The man who came and gave me the quote gave me advice so i would not be wasting money.The guys who came round and did the job were in and out- super quick and also super friendly. They left the place in better shape than when they got there. Could not fault this service!

We used Family Tree Care to remove a very old & large Jacaranda.They communicated very well, showed up on time for the quote.The price was reasonable.The team showed up & did a wonderful job, they removed the tree, stump grinded it and cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional.I’d use Family Tree Care again and recommend them.

The 3 person team themslves were great! BUT ABSOLUTELY BEWARE!! the Family behind the business aren't so nice! MAKE SURE YOU GET OTHER QUOTES. DO NOT ASSUME REPEAT CUSTOM IS REWARDED. This is the second time we have used them based on neighbours recommendations and stupidly assumed their price would still be competitive only a couple of months later. It was at least $500 over priced based on our estimate of the cost and the time it took. We were told that it would take a whole day and were quoted $1900 plus gst. It only took 3.5 hours and watching them work it did not appear as complicated/timeconsuming as the person who quoted made out. The business owner got extremely angry with my elderly husband when he called to question the price based on the time it actually took. The business owner said he charges $350 per hour. (3.5 x $350 = $1225) Doesn't add up for me. WONT BE USING THEM OR RECOMMENDING THEM AGAIN!!! Disappointing as I really like to support local family businesses.

The service from Family tree care was second to none. From the initial phone call, we were quoted and job done within 2 weeks. Nick knows his stuff and his team were fabulous!!! They were punctual, friendly and extremely good at what they do. Our massively overgrown garden was a big job!!! 6 truck loads out and the guys had it all done in 6 hours. These guys did an amazing job. We had some very large dead trees, some with other trees and gardens in close proximity. They were taken down and removed with virtually no damage to anything. And the place was left completely tidy. They were professional and friendly, and the price was very fair. Thanks to all of you.Chris and Marianne.

Very happy with this service. Less than 45 minutes to remove a very large lillypilly tree and a palm, and clean the area, all this with minimal disruption to the rest of the garden. All staff friendly, workmen took care to confirm exactly what was to be removed when they arrived, so no confusion about what's staying and what's going.Despite phoning five tree removalists, only two ever turned up to quote. I'm pleased that Family Tree Care was one of them.
