Extremely thorough. Worth every last cent. You might find cheaper elsewhere, but without a shadow of doubt in my mind you will not find better.Information and advice given also helped relieve other stresses I had about the house, for me that is effectively priceless. I will be booking this service as a regular once a year inspection.

Can't recommend Pestline enough, besides arriving on time, I found Matt to be an expert in his field, very friendly and curious and very respectful of our property, even taking his shoes off when entering the house, Matt went way and beyond in locating the dead rodent in my roof cavity which wasn't easy to get to, his competence gave me all the confidence i needed knowing that he would complete the stinky task at hand. Highly recommend Matthew. He's very knowledgable and keen to help. Very easy to deal. We had a fox under the house, problem solved in a couple of days. No hesitation to use his services again.

Matt was the first to reply, gave an honest assessment of what is needed, came immediately and promptly! He came and thoroughly investigated the mouse/rat issue and placed the required amount of remedial devices.He was also quick to point out that there is no need to rush further treatments in the next few years and how to inspect the devices periodically ourselves.Matt was not the cheapest quote as (his words) he uses the top-of-the-range products; most quotes came later after we had already completed with Matt, but truly, the rest seemed more about bartering a cheaper price - ie. all asking for the best quote we had and that they would beat it! Matt simply stated the cost and that he provided top-notch service to residents and high-end businesses. All the while, he was courteous, listened and investigated in a professional manner.P.S. It has been 2 days and we have seen immediate results - ie. droppings have ceased and noise in the walls has reduced! So we know Matt wasn't boasting about his credentials!

Read the amazing google reviews for Pestline before we engaged Matt for his services. I didn’t think that Matt could live up to them because they were so good! I contacted Pestline after reading the reviews and I am so glad that I did. Matthew was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and kept me in the loop with his whereabouts so I knew exactly what time he would be at my place for the termite inspection.
