Its great rostering tool but being cloud based it is becoming soooo slow. You guys really need to step it up otherwise we will need to start looking at a new rostering system, thanks. Oh our internet connection is super fast 90 down / 30 up

Request:- add option to give DIL ( only DIL taken is available)- Bit slow even with fast internet connection, would be great if you can flash the speed.

Set up with Deputy is difficult and syncing with Xero is a little inaccurate. I hope once we are set up the hours and hours of work will be worthwhile. Support team also lack product knowledge and perpetually escalate" issues that are not resolved"

Some good things but allowing staff to edit their breaks, ie reduce the break time taken ie from 1 hour to 30 mins when sigining back in is just crazy. My 2 stars stay until this is resloved

Love the app can’t stand the new update hard to navigate and frustrating with this update please go back to old update where you could scroll through the dates at the top

This is the worst clock on clock off company ever!!! we have been paying for the system for 3 months and trying to get in contact with them to help us use the system. they have failed to get back to us. we have had enough we have had the system for 4 months and haven't heard nothing. they have said we will request a call back and they never get back to us we have also send emails but still nothing. so we are at this conclusion to delete our account we have had enough and we have a business to run. i wish i didn't have to give them 1 star!
