I had what seemed complicated tax return processes and back dated ones. The female tax accountant was friendly, wonderful, smiling and explained everything and answered all my questions. She was fast and put me at ease.Note H&R BLOCK ARE NOT LOCATED WITHIN ASHMORE CITY SHOPPING CENTRE. THEY ARE NEXT DOOR, with parking outfront!

wish i had taken my 94 years young Mum to h and r block ashmore last year. . would have had a far better experience with professional tax accountant and very efficient reception officer. got mum a far bigger return than last year. will keep going back, highly recommend . gave a pensioner discount and noted all people under 21 well under 100 dollars . great value for money.

My partner and I did our tax together with H&r Block, submitting the tax return was easy but that's the only good part to the service.. Because we elected to pay for the service from our tax return that meant or return would first be deposited to H&r block and then we would have to wait for their finance division to pay us our return minus their fee.. It took Alot longer for them to transfer our refund which is where I feel their system fails the customer.. If you want a quick refund, pay the fee upfront so you don't have to deal with their snail pace finance department.
